If you are unable to sign in, then perhaps you have accidentally renamed your account to a different name or domain. Please be reminded that once an account is renamed, the original Microsoft account becomes an Alias. You now have to log in using the new renamed account.
You can find the Alias on the link below and you may choose to delete it to rename the account back:
After deleting the Alias, you can rename back to the original Microsoft account.
To change your e-mail address, please refer to the steps provided below:
- Sign in to this link.
- On the Account Summary page, click Update email address under your Microsoft account.
- Enter your password.
- Select Create a new email address.
- Click Save.
