Your response seems to indicate that Microsoft doesn't have a clue as to what the problem is, or - that Microsoft Outlook and its users have been hacked and you are attempting to cover it up. You also seemed to not have any concerns for the users problems , possibly thinking that we shouldn't be complaining because it's FREE. Let me say that FREE doesn't mean a thing if the Product is a FAILURE to OPERATE.

    Hi,

Let me assist you with this. I've come to an idea that it is a browser issue. Please try tooptimizeand upgrade your browser to its latest version. If you are using an outdated browser, Outlook.com will not work and display properly. I also suggest that you try to access People page using a different browser or computer to isolate the issue.

If issue still persists, provide us a screenshot of the page where  NEW, MANAGE, EDIT and DELETE menus are missing. For the steps on how to capture and upload a screenshot, kindly refer to the private message area I've created for you. Click on You have a private reply to this message link just above your post to view the message. You need to be signed in to the Microsoft Community forum to view the link. We need you to reply back to this post once you have provided the information in the private area.

    Thank you.

    Here is the problem....

My issue is related to the loss of ALL CONTACT information - the PEOPLE page is EMPTY.

Compounding the issue is that the NEW, MANAGE, EDIT and DELETE menus are missing from the Header on the PEOPLE page; the only items being  MESSAGING and the OPTIONS menu - the OPTIONS menu only containing two sub-menus - HELP and FEEDBACK.  (FILTER is missing, and whatever else may have been included)  The problem reared its ugly head sometime after May the 8th, at which time everything was working.

I'm running Win 7, 64 with Silverlite 5.1 and IE 8, 64 - which dumps cache on exit.

I attempted to reload Outlook.com but MS Download notes that Outlook is already loaded. (There are no provisions for an Uninstall\Clean Install)
