Looking for the good path to get certifications

Hello all and thanks for checking my question, (sorry about my English as I am French)

My formation was Analyst Programmer which I passed in 2002. I am an IT Technician with 18 years’ experience; 12 years IT manager in a local shop, then 6 years as a freelancer giving commercial support and repair contracts with Dell and Lexmark in my local area.

Now I just got a new job which involves maintaining a manufacturing company's network, computers, servers, etc.
We have Vcenter/ESXi and a LOT of virtual machines and servers including windows server 2008 up to 2019, Datacenter version.
There is a huge AD infrastructure (well, huge to me!) and we're using hybrid AD (local+azure with 2FA).
5 years ago, my new employer had a cyberattack, so security is top priority for them.

I know I can find that myself, but I feel lost, so any help will be highly appreciated.
My question is simple yet not, I am interested to get some of the latest certifications (aka. not server 2008 but 2019+) but I can't find those 'latest' certifications.
Of course, I want my learning related to my new job, so here are the subjects I'm looking to improve myself into:

WINDOWS SERVER -- ACTIVE DIRECTORY -- HYBRID AD / AZURE AD -- VMware / ESXi / Vcenter -- And anything that would be top-security related to AD, firewalls management, etc.

Thank you very much all and have a great day!
Peace!

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query related Microsoft certifications.

As you have already good Experience in IT you go for Windows Server 2019/2022 Administration Certification along with Some Cloud certification like Azure Fundamentals and Office or Microsoft 365 Fundamental certifications.

You can have a look on below Microsoft Certifications page and can get all information about latest Certifications with exam fees.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/

You can also post your queries to dedicated Microsoft exam forums.

    Hello @Paul Dubé

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform,

I would suggest checking the Microsoft Certifications main site and choose your preferred path:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/

From your feedback a good choice probably is the Administrator path:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/roles/administrator

    I hope this helps!
