How to receive spam emails directly to my Junk folder?

I have reported emails almost daily regarding 'income on line' messages but nothing is happening . How do I direct these emails to my junk mail as they are scams

    I apologize for the delayed response.

    I understand that you are receiving spam emails and you want to know how you can  directly receive it on your Junk folder. Let me assist you in providing some suggestions you can follow to address the issue.

    Here are some recommendations you can apply on to your account:

    A. Check Junk mail filter settings. Here are the steps:

    1. Sign in to your Outlook.com account.
    2. You’ll be directed to your Inbox.
    3. In the upper right corner, please click the Gear icon and then choose More mail settings.
    4. You’ll be directed to the Outlook Options page, under Preventing junk email please choose Filters and

    Reporting.

    1. Under Choose a junk email filter please select Exclusive - Everything is sent to the junk email folder except messages from your contacts and safe senders, Hotmail service announcements, and alerts that you signed up for.
    2. Click Save.

    B. Add email addresses to your Blocked senders list. In this way you should not receive any emails anymore from the said senders. To do this, please follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to your Outlook.com account.
    2. You’ll be directed to your Inbox.
    3. In the upper right corner, please click the Gear icon and then choose More mail settings.
    4. You’ll be directed to the Outlook Options page, under Preventing junk email please choose Safe and Blocked senders list.
    5. Click the Blocked senders link.
    6. On the box under the Blocked e-mail address or domain: option, type in the e-mail address or domain of the sender.
    7. Click the Add to list>> button.

    C. Create message rules to filter incoming messages.

    1. Sign in to your Outlook.com account.
    2. You’ll be directed to your Inbox.
    3. In the upper right corner, please click the Gear icon and then choose More mail settings.
    4. You’ll be directed to the Outlook Options page, under Customizing Hotmail, please choose Rules for sorting new messages.
    5. Click New.
    6. Choose the condition that you want to apply to the rule in Step 1.
    7. Choose the action in Step 2 that you want to take on the emails that meet the condition specified in Step 1.
    8. Click Save.
