Hi nbs88,
We apologize for the delayed response as we are currently having high volume of support requests. Let me also assist you with your inquiry on how to block emails using keywords. In addition to t-4-2's post, you may also create a rule that is specific to the things that you have provided above. Please follow the steps below on how to do this.
Blocking emails using keywords that might appear in the sender's name:
- Open your inbox.
- At the upper right part of the page, click on the gear icon beside your Profile name then choose More mail settings.
- Under Customizing Outlook, click on Rules for sorting new messages.
- Click New.
- Under Step 1; on the first box, choose Sender's name; on the second box, choose contains; then on the third box, type in the keyword that you want to block.
- Under Step 2, choose the radio button Delete these messages—don't even put them in my Deleted folder.
- Click Save.

Currently, there is no option or rule to delete emails using keywords that might appear in the content, only if the message has attachments. If you want to create a rule specific to emails that has attachments, then you may just follow the steps I've provided above, just change Step 5, choose Message has attachments on the first box.
Hope I've addressed your concern. Should you need further assistance, please feel free to post back.
Thank you.
