how do i access passport email

Microsoft sent me a receipt to an address other than the one I had registered with my order.  They sent it to my address with the @ replaced by a % then an @passport.com extension.  Did they just create that account?  How do I access it?  I have tried several ways to do it but without success.

    My original question still stands.  What is the address of the page where I can get to something called Passport email?  NOT AmericanPassport email which is different.

    Screenshots of some of my attempts to find any page that would allow me to even try to get into something called Passport email.

    My primary question is "Why in the world would Microsoft send me a receipt to an address that I did not select.  I gave them a good address to send me the receipt and they chose to send it to an address that they seem to have made up.  I know at some point they are going to ask me to produce this receipt...I just know it.
