One place tells me this is the location: (Yes, I am showing hidden files/folders).
**C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook**
I get as far as the Windows folder and there is no Temporary Internet Files folder.

I went here to check the location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Security. It says they are located here:
**C:\Users\19257\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.Outlook\ZNNQDYCP**
I get as far as the Windows folder and there is no INetCache folder.

WHERE ARE THEY LOCATED?

Thanks much!

    Hi @Phillyd68 ,

    Welcome to our forum!

I get as far as the Windows folder and there is no INetCache folder.

You mean you don't see the INetCache folder as shown in the screenshot below?

If so, follow the steps and make INetCache folder visible:

Click View > Options, uncheck the "Hide protected operating system files" option.
