What is the emial address i can use to contact Outlook.com for help

I have been locked out of my instagram account for 4 weeks now, iv tried re-setting my password but i don't get an email so the next thing was to contact my email company (outlook email) to ask if i can receive emails from instgram.com.

If anyone knows how i would really appricaite your help.

Currently, Microsoft only provides forum support to help their free customers, for account related issues see the new secure online forms here

Unfortunately there is no "live", email, chat, or "phone" support for Live.com, or Outlook.com

This problem is on instagram's side and there is literally nothing we can do to help.

People with other accounts than Hotmail or Outlook.com are experiencing the same problem. Gmail is, Yahoo is, and Facebook is!!!!!

*There seems to be a long term and unresolved systemic issue. Many users are reporting the same thing. It is up to Instagram to make their system work with Hotmail/Outlook.com not the other* *way around*

It is a good idea to do the following

Make sure they arent in your blocked senders list by going to the gear on the right>options>preventing junk mail>blocked senders

Add ******@mail.instagram.com in safe senders list

Create email rule to move email from ******@mail.instagram.com to inbox
