I would like to convert my old client emails in Outlook for MAC to PDF's or Word Documents so that I can store them with other client documents already stored in my document folder. There are many products for such functionality for PC's, but I haven't found any for MAC. Any suggestions?

AFAIK.. you should be able to save email as PDF if you click on Print and PDF. If you are looking for one product for such functionality then the apple forums would be the best place to check in.
I can't imagine why you would ever want to do this, so my first question is, why on earth would you want to convert messages stored in a sophisticated database with incredible metadata and search to turn messages into bloated PDFs that lose all the associated data and attachments? How would you organize them in a fashion that approaches what you already have in Outlook?
A new "feature" in Outlook 365 is the inability to run an Applescript in a Rule. In previous versions of Outlook you could make a rule to run an Applescript. Empowering users is no longer allowed. This new inability to run Applescripts helps you keep your Mac secure by not being able to do something useful you want to do. Making a rule that automatically saves your messages as PDF is no longer an option. Thank Apple and Microsoft for working together to make your computer safer at the expense of being able to do useful things.
I want to be able to quickly and easily convert my emails, with attachments, to pdfs. I work for attorneys and we need to be able to save the emails in a non-editable version. I would prefer to simply drag them into their respective folders, but what happens if down the line we change systems or some such?
