Third party network connection in outlook.com

All,

I tried everything to remove third party network connection.

I already tried previous solutions posted in this community.

Still, I couldn't solve the problem.

How can I remove third party connection?

I cannot see anything in "Manage apps and services"

It said "You haven't given access to any apps or services yet. Once you do, they'll show up here."

In edit profile, there isn't connected service. However, there is third party network connection in "content from thid-party networks."

I have no connection to this third party network, but I cannot remove it.

Please help.

I would like to verify if the steps below are one of those that you've tried in removing content from a third party network connection :

    <ol><br><li><font><span>Log in to </span><span style="color:windowtext"><a href="http://mail.live.com/" target="_blank"><span style="color:blue">http://mail.live.com</span></a></span><span>.<br></span></font></li><li><span><font>On your inbox, click the <strong><span>gear icon</span></strong> and select<br><strong><span>More mail settings.</span></strong> </font></span></li><li><span><font>Under <strong><span>Reading email</span></strong>, click<br><strong><span>Content from third-party networks</span></strong> </font></span></li><li><span><font>On the radio button, select <strong><span>Don't show public content from third-party networks</span></strong><br></font></span></li><li><span><font>Click <strong><span>Save.</span></strong></font></span></li></ol><br><br>Looking forward to your response.<br><br><br> <br><br><br>Thanks!

    Thanks for your answer.

I already tried that, but it still show on my email.

    Any other suggestion!

I like to remove it, not hiding it.

Is there any way to remove this?

I don't even know why I have this facebook account connect to my email.

    Thanks again.

    Soojung

    Hi.

    I already did.

    It said

    "

    Accounts that you can access

You haven't added any accounts yet. See what you can add

Apps and services that can access your info"

If I click Apps and Services, I am back to "Permissions".

There is a link that I have no connection. Is there any way I can remove it?

My wife has same problem. She has a twitter link she didn't even recognized before unknown face showed up in her email. She can even get rid of it, so she didn't use her email.

Anybody form Microsoft can help us out!

    Thanks.

    Hi Soojung,

Thank you for the additional information you've provided regarding your issue about being unable to remove the Facebook account linked to your emails. On your initial post, you mentioned that you've checked Apps and services but it says that there is none connected. Where did you chek this? Is it in the Permissions section in https://account.live.com?

If yes, then note that Apps and services section will not show the linked Facebook account. I request that you please check for the connection in the Manage accounts section. If you see Facebook connected there, then click Edit, hitRemove this connection completely and then select Remove.

Once done, verify if the problem would persist. Please let us know the results.

    Regards,

    Raymond
