Sync Outlook Calendar to Windows 10 calendar

The new Windows 10 calendar has imported all Facebook or Outlook birthdays - which I'd rather not have - ...but I can't figure out how to sync the Outlook calendar to get my appointments to appear in the Windows 10 calendar. Hoping someone has that answer. Thank you.

    I also have issues with Outlook.com Calendar and Windows 10 (Mobile) Calendar. They're not syncing. Also invitations aren't sent.

    I've got a Live account. So no 3rd party account.

    Hi,

    Welcome to  the Microsoft Community.

    If you are using Microsoft account email, where you have maintain the data. Just you need to configure the email account in calendar app. All entries will appear and you see the all data.

    Once you configured the email account in calendar app,  you need to open Calendar, you’ll observe all events from your Microsoft account are listed. To see events from other calendars, add the accounts to the Calendar app.

    Now I'll answer to myself ;)

    After couple of hours I received message from my calendar app that I need to update data. After that my appointment from my phone become visible on my PC. Download new content option is set to "Based on my usage" and I think that this need to be much faster. Why there is no option for sync my data immediately after change? 8/

    I have configured my email account with calendar app but I still don't see my appointments synced from my win phone 8.1 calendar.
