Help! I've lost access to my email, which I haven't been on for a very very long time. I won't post it in a public setting, but outlook support has not been very supportive in my quest to reclaim my email. Any words of advice?

    When was the last time you logged into your account?  Accounts are marked as inactive and the data deleted if you do not sign into them at least once per year, and unless you made the back up that Microsoft recommended when you signed up for the email address, the data is gone because, like you, the online servers are not backed up
