- Are you trying to transfer to Microsoft Office Outlook or Outlook.com?
- If you are trying to transfer to Microsoft Office Outlook, then to which version of Microsoft Outlook?
- Are you using Email Client/ Browser?
If you use email client, what type of email account? (I.e. POP, IMAP, Exchange or other...)
- In which Browser you are accessing Outlook?
