    Hi,

I realize the inconvenience you are experiencing and I will certainly help you.

If you are accessing your account from a web browser through a new web based Outlook Email, then I would like to inform you that there is no option available to change the time zone for individual emails. You can change the Region and time zone for your entire email account on the Outlook Email.

For changing the Region and time zone for your entire email account on the Outlook Email, refer to the below steps:

    1. Login to your account through the http://outlook.com/ website.
    2. Click on the gear icon from the upper right part of the window and select Options.
    3. Expand General and click on Region and time zone.
    4. Make the necessary changes and click on Save.

You can share feedback, recommend features, and vote for the ideas you like best via **Outlook UserVoice** so we can continue to improve the experience leading into general availability.

For the issues on the other Email Service Providers, I suggest you to contact the concern Email Service Provider for further assistance with the issue.

If you need any further assistance let us know and we would be glad to help you.
