I'm having the same problem with Office 2016 and would appreciate some assistance. If I have the wrong forum, please give me the correct one.
I have a Dell that was just upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro. After the upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, I uninstalled Office Professional 2007 (32-bit), and ran MicrosoftEasyFix20052.mini.diagcab to remove all traces of the 32 bit version. I then
tried to install Office Professional 2016 (64-bit). I had trouble installing the 64 bit version, so I installed the 32-bit version.
It's not working properly. I keep getting an error message saying the application is unable to start correctly (0xc0000022).
I have tried using the quick fix and the online fix in Control Panel/Programs, but that never works. I've had to uninstall and reinstall twice now. The reinstalls temporarily fixed the problems, but it has now stopped working again.
I have now had to resintall it a third time, and the problem is fixed. Is that a new feature of Office 2016, that I have to reinstall it every week? LOL/not so much!
Any suggestions?
