I have a PC and a laptop, I can access my email on the lap top but when using the PC It will not sign in and sends the message sec_error_ocsp_old_response. I can't find any any reference to this through forums. Can anyone explain please and tell me how to rectify the problem in simple one syllable terms as I am a silver surfer.

Brian Tillman [Outlook MVP 2007-2019] 25,895 Reputation points Volunteer Moderator2014-01-28T20:50:28+00:00 I've seen references to this as a bug in some versions of Firefox (see http://kb.mozillazine.org/OCSP_error_when_accessing_secure_sites), but is more often means there's a caching issue. Completely clear your browser's settings, cookies, and cache and try again. Are you checking for certificate revocation in the browser?

2014-01-28T15:50:14+00:00 I am using what I always use IE and Firefox outlook .com all this is fine with windows 7 on laptop but not on windows xp on PC This problem has only occurred in the past few weeks. Thanks for trying.
