Microsoft call back from Medha

I contacted the Microsoft Customer Support Desk yesterday about my missing email on the Outlook.Com changeover and got a case #, she said I needed a Level 2 called back. Today I got a callback, caller ID showed Microsoft and the number was 1-425-635-2970 from Medha. Was it MS, because shortly after I gave him access to my pc I shut my PC down and he called back about 3o minutes later. I refused to do it again.

    I had recent activity on my account from another country that was not done by me.

    I went into my account and changed settings in security and tried to have someone from microsoft contact me. Now I am getting a call every 5-10 minutes from 4256352970.  Pretty creepy and disturbing since its after midnight.  So now I am not only concerned about this microsoft account having bogus activity on it but also getting calls from what seems to be a bogus microsoft number.
