    Hi Diego,

Do you mean you received the error message when accessing OWA(Outlook Web App)? If so, based on the error message, it seems that your mailbox isn’t assigned a valid Exchange Online license. As a result, please refer to the following steps to check it(Note: You need an administrator account for the steps, if you’re not an administrator, please contact one for this).

    1. Log into Office 365 Admin Center.
    2. Navigate to Users > Active users, double click the affected account.
    3. In the pop-up window, click Edit between Product licenses.
    4. Check if the affected account has been assigned an Exchange Online license.

Meanwhile, if convenience, please try another browser/network environment and see if there is any improvement.

However, if the issue persists, I need to collect the following information for investigation:

    1. A screenshot of the entire error message.
    2. The affected account.

For privacy concern, I have sent you a private message to collect the requested information.

    Best Regards,

    Aaron

    Hi,

I'm having the same issue with a user. I alreary checked the option: Exchange Online (Plan 2) and it is active, the licence is Active (E3) but the user cannot access it's mailbox using any browser or a different network. The user obtaines the same error message:

The user can access it's mailbox by using Outlook on it's pc.

    It didn't work for me.

I'm trying to update my profile picture, but when it opens the Outlook/Exchange-popup I get the same error-message.
