    Hi,

    Thank you for your response.

You cannot view a private message it can be viewed only by the recipient. This doesn't seem to be cause of your account being hacked, however, if you suspect that your account is hacked then you may refer the following article and perform the steps mentioned in the article from the link below:

    My account has been hacked

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/outlook/hacked-account

If your account has been upgraded to Outlook Mail interface, then the steps mentioned might vary in the section: Reset your account settings. Therefore, I would recommend you to login to https://mail.live.com/ through the web browser. click on the Gear icon and then select Options. Expand Mail and check for all the sections under Mail. If you find anything suspicious, kindly remove it.

Also, I have sent you a private message as well, please check the message and reply through private message itself.

    Regards,

    Jesinta Rozario

    Hello Jesinta,

I am getting the following Default-3780fa13-5b73-4d51-ad8e-cef8b45f534b@sct-15-1-485-9-msonline-outlook-fbb90.templateTenant

Why am I getting this?  Is my email account hacked?  My friend logged in my computer to check her email and she doesn't get that message.  She also has outlook linked to her iPhone.

    I will appreciate your help.

    Thank you,

    BN

    It doesn't work.

It still shows Default @sct msonline-outlook-fbb90.templateTenant

When I log with my @hotmail.com, everything is fine, I see ******@hotmail.com

    But when I log with my @outlook.com, I don't see ******@outlook.com. Instead, I see Default @sct msonline-outlook-fbb90.templateTenant.

(Both emails are not connected to each other. They are both separated)

I guess the issue is from outlook.com side because I think I'm not the only one who has this issue. Someone else has the same issue: http://answers.microsoft.com/fr-fr/outlook\_com/forum/oemail-ocleanup/default-sct-msonline-outlook-templatetenant-%C3%A0/8673ba2e-78a2-4972-9b6b-d0522f6cfedb

    Hi Patrick,

Could you try using a different browser preferably a different device and check if you still face the same issue?

However, as the initial troubleshooting steps I would suggest you follow the steps below and check if it helps. These steps are specific for Internet Explorer for a different browser steps may vary.

Method 1: Clear Browsing history and Caches.

Follow the link below and clear browsing history.

View and delete your browsing history

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/manage-delete-browsing-history-internet-explorer#ie=ie-11

Method 2: Open the webpage in compatibility mode.

    1. Open Internet Explorer and open the webpage (in your case Microsoft Website).
    2. Once the page displays, press Alt and select Tools > Compatibility View Settings.
    3. Click Add and then Close.

    Regards,

    Jesinta Rozario
