Hi Rgm333,

If your email address is an alia or added to a distribution list, when you click Reply All, it’s an expected behavior that your own email is added to the To field in the Outlook client.

If you are in this situation, when you click Reply All, you can remove your own email address manually.

@ Grimmute, please also check if your email address is an alia or added to a distribution list.

If you are not in this situation, I’d like to confirm the following information to help you narrow down the issue:

  1. Do you configure two accounts in the same Outlook client and does another account have the same issue?
  2. What’s the detailed version of your Outlook client? Please make sure it’s the latest version on your side by navigating to File> Office Account> Update Options> Update Now.
  3. Do you mean that you are also added to the To field when you reply all from iPhone?
  4. Does the issue happen in the Outlook.com web client?

Regards,

Monique

    Hi Rgm333,

    Please try the following:

1.Try deleting the Offline Address Book (OAB) on your local computer to see if it works. The OAB is located in “%USER PROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\”.

Simply delete the OAB folder and relaunch Outlook to have the OAB rebuilt from the Global Access List.

    1. Try recreating a new Outlook profileto see if it works.
    2. Close Outlook. Go to Control Panel> Mail> Email accounts> Click on the affected Outlook.com account> make sure it is set as default .

If it is default, click on another account and make it default , and then click on the primary accountand make it default. Then **** reboot machine and restart Outlook.

    1. What’s the detailed Outlook version on your side now?

@ Grimmute, please also try above. I notice that your Outlook client (16.0.4432.1000 32 bit) is not the latest version, I’d like to confirm where you download Outlook.

    Regards,

    Monique

A user of mine had the same issue, not happening until yesterday.

I deleted his OST file, then restarted Outlook: problem solved!

i have it solved!  once again, i deleted my outlook email account on both my phone and PC, AND i deleted my .ost file, and re-installed the email account.  this time, i did NOT follow the standard/basic wizard (on the PC), but instead installed using the IMAP wizard.  it worked!  no more replies to all that includes me!  then i reinstalled the account on my phone, and again, it works!

    thanks everyone.

I also have this problem and nothing I tried worked.

I have an Outlook.com account and I add it to Outlook 2016 using automatic settings on the wizard. I see that it adds my account as a Microsoft Exchange account.

When I click "reply all" on a mail that is sent to me I see that Outlook also adds my own e-mail to the To field.

I tried removing and adding the account again, deleting the pst file on computer, uninstalling and reinstalling Office 2016, nothing worked.
