I am in GMT but need to send a diary invite to someone in Dubai, my manager will also be in Dubai at the time of the meeting. Currently Dubai is showing as 3 hours ahead of London however the timezones show Abu Dhabi (closest place to Dubai as UTC +4, can anyone advise which time zone I should use for the meeting please?

You need to use Abu Dhabi UTC +4 (Dubai UAE) timezone for the meeting.
