Add customization to Quick Step Outlook

Hello,

Is it possible to create a customized icon for the Quick Step Actions? I'd like to create icons for use in shared mailbox, such as the initials of the person who read or acted on an email.

Outlook | Windows | Classic Outlook for Windows | For home

    Hello Diane,

    We can only customize the quick step button with existing command in Outlook.

    Click File > Options > Quick Access Toolbar.
