    Hi RosendoR,

Thanks for your information. for further help, can you help us to confirm whether both you and the Office 365 email address can’t send emails each other? Or just you can’t send emails to Office 365? Or just Office 365 can’t send emails to you?

About the NDRs from the office 365 side, the error messages says that the recipient (your email address) side checks the PTR record of sender (Office 365 email address) and it failed, we suggest you add Office 365 email address into white list/allowed list from you side and check if the issue persists. If you are not an admin or you are not familiar with the white list/allowed list, please ask for your admin for help. About the PTR record, Office 365 doesn’t support the PTR record management. Please contact Hostgator to add the Office 365 domain to allowable list.

About you can't send emails to Office 365 account, please help to do a Message Trace from Office 365 side to determine whether the emails sent to Office 365 server successfully. If it has no message trace about the emails from your email address, it states your email was not arrived the Office 365 and this email was not sent from your email server successfully, please contact your email provider. If you can find the message trace from your email address, please send us the complete message trace to us via Private Message.

Meanwhile, please send the complete NDRs (your side and Office 365 side) to us via PM for further analysis.

    Regards,

    Richard

    Hi RosendoR,

Thanks for your information from PM.

    • About office 365 account can’t receive the emails form your side, please help us to confirm whether this Office 365 account can’t receive emails from all sender? Or this Office 365 just can’t receive the emails from you side. If you can access to this Office 365 as a admin, please help us go to Office 365 Admin center to check the status for the domain used on Office 365 like: sign in Office 365 Admin center with admin -> Setup -> Domains

    • About the Office 365 account can’t send emails, can you help us to confirm whether this Office 365 account can’t send the email to all recipient? Or it just can’t send emails to this recipient? About the NDRs from the office 365 side, the error messages says that the recipient (your email address) side checks the PTR record of sender (Office 365 email address) and it failed, however, Office 365 doesn’t support the PTR record management, so Office 365 account can’t send emails to your side.

For this issue, please help add Office 365 email address into white list/allowed list from the your side (Hostgator) and check if the issue persists. You can also contact Hostgator to add the Office 365 domain to allowable list to see whether this issue persist.

    Regards,

    Richard

    Hi RosendoR,

If you can't access this Office 365 account as an admin, please contact the admin for this Office 365 account to check the status for the domain used on Office 365.

About Office 365 account can’t send emails to you, we can get the information from the NDRs from the office 365 side, the error messages says that the recipient (your email address) side checks the PTR record of sender (Office 365 email address) and it failed, however, Office 365 doesn’t support the PTR record management, so Office 365 account can’t send emails to your side. Note: For this issue, please help add Office 365 email address into white list/allowed list from the your side (Hostgator) and check if the issue persists. You can also contact Hostgator to add the Office 365 domain to allowable list to see whether this issue persist.
