Where do I find the options menu in Outlook? I suddenly can't access my email anymore and it says to fix it I need to go to Options menu. But I cant find an options menu

This answer is not correct. I an 27 other people have the same question and it has not been answered properly. Microsoft, please provide a solution to this question for all parties concerned.
Any time I try to create an email within my Microsoft account I get an error stating I need to modify settings in the "Options Menu". It does not exist anywhere on the tool bar or under any other menu tab I have researched. Below is the exact message I received in email message after trying to create an email.
