Hi team,

I am Jurages from Gulftainer company middle East and we are Microsoft EA Customer and using Microsoft product like Office 365 and others. we recented adopted Microsoft Intune for our MDM solution and we have pushed all our end users to use Microsoft App for IOS and Android users. part of this implementation, we were unable to sync the contacts from Office 365 exchange contacts with IOS native contacts without entrolling the office 365 account with native email client (IoS). we are unable to acheieve the 100% Microsoft Outlook usage through Intune implementation. Please ceck and provide the features to sync the contacts with Native clients securely through Intune policy if possible.

    Hi Jurages,

    Thanks for your patient waiting.

According to your description, it seem that the Android enrollment has been set up completely. For IOS device, you should confirm below steps have been finished:

    1. Set up Intune (It seems you have finished).
    2. Get a certificate signing request. You should download the APNs certificate request, and save a .csr file which is used to create the APNs certificate in Apple Push Certificates Portal.
    3. Get an Apple Push Notification service certificate.
    4. Add the APNs certificate to Intune (Upload the APNs certificate).
    5. Set up access for IOS end users: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/intune-user-help/enroll-your-device-in-intune-ios

For more details, you can refer to:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/intune-classic/deploy-use/set-up-ios-and-mac-management-with-microsoft-intune

    Thanks,

    Iry
