Exclude Self from Reply-All in Office-365 Outlook

My organization recently switched to Office-365.  As a result I have forwarding from the old Outlook account as well as aliases in the new Outlook account.  What this means is that the email address many people use is not the account email address from which I'm replying

Before switching "Reply All" did not include my email address.  Now it does, causing me to receive unwanted copies.

How can I set Outlook to not send me copies when I "Reply All" in this situation?

I hope this answers the questions appropriately.

    1.  Exchange account on separate server - the new account is also an exchange account
    2.  I guess I mean email alias.  e.g:  exchange acount is ******@xxx.edu  alias is: ******@xxx.edu
    3.  Most people use the ******@xxx.edu - I also receive forwarded emails from the old account which was ******@separate.xxx.edu
    4. I'm not certain, but I believe it happens whenever I perform a "reply all."  It certainly happens if the email was addressed to me with cc: to other individuals
    5. If I understand the question properly my response is: I only "reply all" when there were multiple addressees or people receiving cc:  Some of them use the old exchange server, some the new one.

    Hi Mitchell19630727,

Based on my knowledge, when an email is sent to your old Outlook account and gets forwarded to your Office 365 account, and you hit Reply All to reply to this email from the Office 365 account, the reply sent to the 'old Outlook account' will not be forwarded back to the Office 365 account. Therefore, I'd like to confirm the following information to further look into the issue:

    1. For the 'old Outlook account', which type of account is it? An Outlook.com account or Hotmail.com account or else?
    2. About 'aliases in the new Outlook account', do you refer to some email aliases added to your new Office 365 account?
    3. Could you specify 'the email address many people use is not the account email address from which I'm replying'? Some relevant screenshots will be appreciated.
    4. Does the issue occur to every email?
    5. Besides the 'old Outlook account', are there any other recipients in the email sent to your 'old Outlook account'?

    Thanks,

    Sam

    Hi Mitchell19630727,

I have read the whole thread. From my experience, if there are some groups (like distribution group) in the "To" or "CC" field, all members will receive a copy email when they click "Reply All" to response the email. To further investigate your issue, can you let us how your organization switch to Office 365 from your Exchange on-premises server and provide the detailed steps about how you forward an email from your old account to your Office 365 account? Some screenshot would helpful.

Meanwhile, please confirm with the administrators of your organization to determine if other users have the same issue which Sam mentioned above. Also, please provide your old email address and your Office 365 account via the private message to better understand your situation.

    Thanks,

    Gary
