That was my original look. After googling for the solution, I followed an instruction for a specific site for allowing cookies. I added live.com under Sites to Allow. It didn't work immediately. Later, I had an script error message with Microsoft Edge suggestion. After I Oked the message and closed the suggestion message at the bottom. Now it's working fine.

2018-02-22T13:29:34+00:00 The error message of log in comes up in Howard email notifier which I use for email alert for Hotmail. When I receive this error message, I click on the Howard icon to get in Hotmail. I find out that I'm already signed in.
