I'm getting this response when I try to send emails to a specific domain. How do I fix the issue?

Thanks for your post.
If the recipient is an Office 365 account, I suggest you let him add you email address to the safe sender and recipients lists first. From the NDR(non-delivery report), the issue occurs because your domain has a SPF record that doesn’t include the IP address that you are sending emails from. Please follow the instructions below to check the SPF record:
1 . Press Win + R, type nslookup and click OK.
2 . Type set type=txt, press Enter.
3 . Type your domain and press Enter. Then capture a screenshot and upload it via private message.
To further investigating to this issue, I need to collect some information:
1 . Please upload the full NDR(non-delivery report) via private message.
2 . May I know if the recipient is an Office 365 account?
