There are a lot of search results

The search feature was working completely fine. But now I am getting this error that says "there are a lot of search results...". See screenshot. I have tried emails for which I only have couple of emails. I have also checked "Search Scope". It was all working fine. How do I correct it? Help please, its urgent...

    Hello Sourabh,

    Based on my experience, it is not an error message, instead it should be a notification. Please click the More button to see if you can view all the search results. Please capture a screenshot.

    If every research only has 1 results, please click **File->Options->**choose Search, uncheck Improve search speed by limiting the number of results shows. Click OK to save it.

     

    If the issue persists, please let me know:

    1 . The version number of your Outlook client.

    2 . Does this issue occurs no matter what the content your search?

    Hello Sourabh,

    Based on the screenshot, the indexing of your search catalog may have some problems. To help you resolve it, please follow the following instructions to rebuild the index:

    1 . Close Outlook and open Control Panel. Choose Indexing Options.

    2 . Choose Microsoft Outlook and click Advanced.

    3 . Under Troubleshooting, click Rebuild.

    If the issue persists, please let me know the following points, which can help narrow down the issue:

    1 . Capture a screenshot what will show when you click More in the search results.

    2 . Please check if you search other key words it returns the same results.

    3 . Let me know the version number of your Outlook client.

    1. Please check if you do the same search in Outlook Web App(OWA: http://outlook.office365.com/owa), will you come acorss the same issue? Capture a screenshot of the search results in OWA for further check.

    It Outlook 365. Tried both, still not working. Though I noticed this:

    I went to Search>Search Tools>Indexing Status>

    It shows below

    Can this be the culprit? How to get this indexing done?
