You have “Microsoft Outlook” 15.13.3.

I just installed Office for Mac 2016. Outlook will not open. The icon has strike line through it, . When I click on the icon, the following message pops up:

The other apps in Office are working fine. I have done all the updates to those other apps, but I can't update this app. How can I update to the latest Outlook without reinstalling the entire Office package.

Download Outlook only from following -

I was able to only download the Outlook Updater for Mac 2016 package from this site. I was able to install the updater, thus fixing the error. I did not have to re-install the entire Office package.
