Hi,

Sorry if it has been asked before, but how do you edit email server settings in the latest version of Outlook 365.

I am trying to edit POP/SMTP server settings.

Since latest update, I cannot see "More Settings' option when I try to edit ("Change") email account settings.

Note:

The only option showing are "Reset Mail Settings" (does not do much, just adds default "Remove from the server after 14 days" option, and "Next" (does not do anything, just conformation step).

Thanks

    Hi Bluesky088,

You may try the follow steps below to edit your POP mail server setting.

    • In Outlook, select File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles

    • It will open Mail Setup wizard> click Email Accounts..

    • Select your POP account> Click Change

    • On the Change Account page> Click More Settings...

If you still having problem please provide us with detailed screenshot which you have tried for further analysis.

    Best regards,

    Shyamal
