How do I get rid of the attachment thumbnails that appear under the subject line of an email in the Inbox on the web-based Outlook?

I noticed they had appeared sometime early 2019 and I feel that they break my ability to scan through the subject lines in my Inbox.

    Dear EC-EC,

Thank you for the screenshot. Please login here https://outlook.live.com/mail/options/mail/layout scroll down to the bottom and where you will see In line previews select "Do not show attachments in message list" - this will remove the "attachment thumbnails"

    Hi LordAlukard,

Here is a redacted screenshot of an email. The red arrow is pointing to the attachment thumbnail I refer to that appears under the email's subject line.

    Kind regards
