Is it possible to share my Outlook calendar going forward without giving access to previous events?  A little context, I just accepted a new position at work 10/15/18.  With the new position, I want to share my work calendar with the entire agency. I only want to share the calendar moving forward after 10/15.  Without creating a brand new calendar can I mark everything previous to 10/15 private?

Hi Jay,

Based on your request, it is not feasible to share calendar event of specific date. There are two ways to hide calendar events, they are Make an appointment or meeting private and Change CalendarPermissions, the former one aims to individual event, and the latter focuses on all events.

Moreover, the recommended operation is to create a new calendar, which is more convenient and efficient.

In addition, please feedback in Uservoice at your convenience, many features have been upgraded based on customers’ feedbacks, your feedback will be helpful for better product and better customer’s experience.

Regards,

Betty
