I sporadically have Outlook Webmail shortcuts stop working. Right now it is the "V" shortcut - Move to Folder. Many / most others are working - but I occasionally have this issue.

I am using Outlook.com and this is definitely happening, as I noticed the same problem recently.

The key "V" is the shortcut to move messages to a folder. It used to work both in the Inbox and within an email. Now it only works when selecting messages from the Inbox, but it does not work when you open the message. Other shortcuts, such as "R" to reply, is working fine as have always been.

Thanks for the reply - it is likely my most used shortcut!

If this is not the right Forum group - can you recommend out to tag it correctly? I don't see anything for Outlook.com specifically

    Hi @Perry Gragg ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Based my search, I didn't find "V" shortcut key to move emails to a folder. Did you create this shortcut key yourself?
To further identify the problem, do you have the same problem when using other shortcut keys?
And what's your account? Is it an Outlook.com account or Exchange account?

In addition, you can also try to test on other browsers to check whether the problem is related to the current browser.

If the issue is related to current browser, it is recommended that you could try to clear the chrome cache to check there're any differences. If it doesn't work, we suggest you try to uninstall and reload chrome.
