Yes i already tried that, sadly it did not change anything. DevOps is still set to english even tho i selected german.

I would like to change my Azure DevOps into german. If i go under https://ktm-ag.visualstudio.com/_usersSettings/preferences here and change it to German(Germany) it won't change the UI and it is still in English.

I left a comment and an upvote at https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/t/Localization-support-for-Team-Services/365587
If you think this is important, I suggest you also vote on that issue. It seems like MS won't move on this unless enough people ask for it.
