When you go to Facebook settings you can see on what services have you signed up with using Facebook account and delete them.

Is there any similiar option for outlook ?

And is there anything to worry about ? If I used my email to create account on a unsafe site, will my Microsoft account be in trouble ?

    Hello,

Please go to your Microsoft account privacy settings and check what apps and services were given permissions to access your data https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/activity-...

You can delete all of them, if you wish.

If you worry that you accessed/registered some unsecure websites with your MS account and it could be compromised, it is good to have a full understanding and control over security information of your account. Add alternative email, phone number, set strong password, set two steps verification, use authentication app, etc. The security of your account is tottaly in your hands. Short answer: No

Facebook is a self-contained platform. Outlook.com is an <Email Account> and has no way of knowing where you used your email address (neither does any other <email client>

You might want to monitor your account via this site

    ';--have i been pwned?

While the site name may sound a little hokey - rest assured it's legit. Created and managed by a Microsoft Regional Director/MVP.

If you use the same password everywhere then you are certainly at risk if a spammer decides to test your email address on Outlook.com.

Using your email address as a Username on a site isn't inherently bad. What would be bad is if you use the same password on that site and for your email.
