How can I permanently turn off/disable the "snooze" feature?

This has to be the weirdest and most annoying "look at this thing we added to your emails to help you" feature ever. I really don't need Outlook to read my emails and randomly grab something out of them they think I need reminded of at a later date. Trust me, I can monitor my own stuff. I don't want a popup that I then have to click "dismiss" on. I have looked everywhere in settings and have googled this, and there appears to be no way to just permanently TURN OFF or DISABLE this "Snooze" feature. Anyone know if it can be done? I want it gone!

No, it has nothing to do with calendars. It has to do with FLAGGING an email. I flag emails that I want to follow up on, but whenever you flag an email, Outlook automatically enables "Reminders" for these emails. THis means you get these popups telling you to follow up and giving you the option to "snooze" the reminder.  I don't want these popup reminders at all! but there is no way to delete them. I thought I might be able to right click on the flag (as one suggestion when I googled it said) but when I right click the flag there is no option to delete the reminder.

Update: it looks like this is not a function of the snooze feature, but originates with "reminders" that are popping up on my flagged messages. The only thing I can find is to disable reminders *on each individual flagged message.*Again, I don't want to have to do this on every flagged message. I want to disable Reminders permanently.
