Like the question above lost access to my account and the only way to recover it is the recovery form but I have done it multiple times and it does not work.

I have hundreds of my old received and sent emails that I can show as proof but every time I mention this I just get told no just do the form I am sick of this, support just redirect me to the form and its becoming frustrating.

How would i recover my account at this point ?

Hi so around the 10th of march my account was locked for "suspicious activity" this led on to me getting locked out of my account and needing confirmation/recovery via alternative email i proceed to do this but then realise my alternative email had been wiped out of the database the and email provided can do nothing about this this meaning i have no way of recovering my account so i talk to support and explain the problem i get told to fill out the recovery form so i fill it out to the best of my ability (possibly getting my postcode or other basic info wrong as i made that account years ago) but i fill out everything and wait after around 24h i get a response saying "we where unable to recover your account with the information you have provided" so i again contact support asking what i could do i get told to basically spam the form and hope for the best that one time i manage to provide some of the info i have forgotten.

i have all the emails from that account up until the 10th of march that i can send in and show as proof of ownership but after mentioning this to support they just brushed it away and said do the from the form has not worked for me still and I've completed it around 5-6 times each time yielding the same results.

I cannot receive any code because my recovery email is deleted i had no error messages and right now i am pretty sure the account is locked for safety purposes until i can find a way to recover it.

You've mentioned that your account was locked out because of suspicious activity. Microsoft is very keen on securing the accounts to ensure it's safety from any activities that may compromise it.

If you've already tried the recovery form multiple times but still wasn't able to gain access, I'd recommend submitting a request to reinstate your account. Once you submit the form, one of our Online Safety Support agents will review your account. You may proceed here

If you have any further questions regarding the procedure in recovering your account, it would be best to contact our Chat Support team as I've suggested on the private message I have sent you.

If you have additional questions, please let me know by replying to this thread. This way, I'll get notified and respond back to you as soon as I can.

Ok i tried this  but when logging in i only get "To help you – and only you – get back into ************@hotmail.com, we need to verify that it's yours." my alternative email to do this does not exist anymore and i just never added a phone number to my account. so it seems its not suspended but i get the message "it looks like someone else might be using your account"
