    Hello Steve.

I forgot my username and I had not used my account in maybe 1 year. It clicked on forgot password and I received a code in a different email, had to put the code in and answer a bunch of other questions.

At one point it asks for 4 recent emails that I sent and wants to know what was in the subject line. How is someone supposed to remember this info if they haven't opened their email in a long time?

    Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I also called the customer service number, and of one can't get a live person anymore, so the robot said they cant assist with email information over the phone, it has to be done online.

Hi there! My name is Steve. I'm an Independent Advisor and an Outlook user like you. I'm happy to help with your query.

You'll be able to login to your hotmail.ca account through the main Outlook.com login page: https://login.live.com

Just enter your hotmail.ca address and password to login. If you've forgotten your password then you can use the 'Forgot password?' link to recover it.

Please let me know if that helps or if I can be of any further assistance!
