Hi jordyrow,
Thanks for posting in our forum. As far as I know, to sync contacts/calendar between iCloud and Outlook, you can follow the steps below:
1. Download and install iCloud for Windows.
2. After installation, launch the iCloud app and sign in with your Apple ID and password.
3. In the iCloud app, select the option to sync Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and Tasks, then click Apply.
4. Once the setup has finished, launch Outlook. Your iCloud email, contacts, and calendars should now be synchronizing with Outlook.

In your situation, I’d like to confirm why your Apple ID ends with @hot… instead of @icloud. Do you have an Apple ID which ends with @icloud? If so, try to re-sign into iCloud for windows using the @icloud account and check if the Mail, Contacts, Calendars and Tasks With Outlook option is available.
Hope everything will be fine:-)
Best Regards,
Huni
