    I am an independent advisor, and I am trying to help other users in Community with my experience in Microsoft products.

    You posted your question in Outlook.com forum, so I assume you have problems with receiving emails to your Microsoft Account.

    You can find lots of suggestions for sending and receiving issues and fixes in this support article https://support.office.com/en-us/article/fix-ou... Please check the part I didn't receive an email someone sent to my Outlook.com account

    Please check all the folders, especially Junk folder https://support.office.com/en-us/article/workin... You may receive those emails, but they can be caught by antispam filter.

    If you set up rules for those emails, they might be moved to a different folder. You may use built in search and try to find them by using AQS (Advanced Query Search) https://support.office.com/en-us/article/search...
