Click the Privacy Settings button on the General page - you need the last three options on the Privacy settings ticked - Analyze content, Experience, and 'All connected services".

    Hi Daniel,

Outlook desktop doesn't add a new tab to the contact form or include the linkedin content in that form.

You need to use the People view / contact cards to see linkedin data. if you click on the email address in the contact form, it should bring up a mini contact card with the linkedin icon.

    Hi Daniel

I'm so sorry you are facing issues! I'm Maggie, an Independent Advisor from thr user community. I love helping other users in the Community by sharing my experience with Microsoft products.

To better understand the issue and help resolve, could you please confirm if my understanding is correct :

    • you have manually added info to your contacts in Outlook on the web
    • when you open those contacts in Outlook on your desktop you can not see that added info?

    Is this the case?

If so, what is the version of your Outlook application on your computer?

    I wish you a great day/night :)!

    Maggie
