do I get a calendar entry to show on the calendar - it is now showing only as 3 dots and I must click on the date to open the entry to see the description. Thank you.

Do you know what screen resolution your computer is set to?
Could you try adjusting your calendar to the weekly view instead of the monthly and see if that changes anything?
My screen resolution is se to 1366 x 768. Changing the view to weekly did allow the item to show up on the calendar. So it will only display the description when in the weekly and not monthly view? One additional question - can I send a text alert to my iPhone ? Thanks so much for your prompt reply and the solution to my problem!!
