How do I turn off the message preview (after the subject)?

In the New Outlook for Mac, in my inbox the first line of the email is previewed right after the subject title.  I'd prefer that not to be displayed for privacy reasons but i cannot find a setting to disable it.  How is it disabled?

    Hi Mike.

Look on the View menu and untick Show message previews.

i have the new outlook too - the option is on my View menu. It's disabled (in the 'on' position) in 16.32, but was enabled and worked in 16.30.

It looks like it might be a focused inbox or exchange account issue - i can control it on an imap account but its disabled on the imap account.

Interesting. My screenshot is also with an office 365 account.

i've come to the conclusion the build is buggy - I removed my account and tried to add it back - it tells me my "microsoft account" doesn't exist. It doesn't - because its not a microsoft account, its an office 365 business account.

Thanks.  I have 16.32 but actually don't see that (sorry for the large size, not sure how to scale that smaller.  I use O365 Exchange Online.  Ok, I'll hope that this gets resolved in a future update.

    thanks,

    Mike

Thanks for the reply.  However I don't have that option in the View menu.  I have the New Outlook for the Mac.
