2020-04-22T10:23:45+00:00 I used to use OCM at work. We have grown from a small startup into a medium enterprise. We had to look for OCM replacement. Fortunately, there are plenty of CRM systems that you can test for free. Unfortunately, all the free CRM systems provide only some functions or modules. You actually cannot try all the version and see the way it wors in real life. Therefore we hade to look for a CRM embedded in Outlook that provides all the functions in a free trial already. One of our colleagues who used to have his own small company before he joined us used to work with eWay-CRM. It is a perfect tool for SME, embedded in Outlook and has its mobile app. We are very happy. And we tried it for free for the first month. Compared to other CRMs the subscription is really affordale. https://www.eway-crm.com/crm-integrated-with-outlook/https://www.eway-crm.com/crm-integrated-with-outlook/

2019-11-11T15:31:53+00:00 This doesn't answer the original question of what replaces it though
OCM was so poorly thought out and planned that I am surprised anyone realized it was still offered. I spent hours with support trying to figure out why contacts, deals, etc. weren't sharing. Only recently it seemed they had figure it out and now POOF! in typical Microsoft fashion it is gone once it begins workign and people get used to it. I assume that MSoft will be pushing us towards premium subscriptions to things like Dynamics, but there are many other cheaper, easier to use online options. They just don't integrate as smoothly into the Office ecosystem.
Booooo Microsoft.

2020-04-22T10:56:47+00:00 Thank you Camilla, your response really pleased us. Honestly I work as a consultant for eWay-CRM. Once you have a business and need to manage your contacts, customers, projects, marketing etc. you definitelly DO need a CRM. Some CRM systems may suit your needs better. You have to test them!
We have just launched a new eWay-CRM 6.0 version thaa has all the necessary apps such as app for Outlook, mobile and web app. We are always improving our system and trying to make our customers as happy as possible. Our system is very flexible since you can use all the modules or just those that you need. At any time you can adjust the processes as you need.
We have several modules (Contact Management, Customer Management, Sales Management, Project Management, and Marketing Management that cover all the arfeas that OCM used to and add value to CRM services). You can use all of them or just those that you need at the moment.
As I have mentioned the basic version of eWay-CRM is for free.

2020-01-23T03:15:43+00:00 To Whom This May Concern:
I am a one person business, I purchased a few years of O365 Business Premium not only for the Office apps and the guarantee that my data would be stored in Canada but for Customer Manager, Bookings, Invoicing and MileIQ. The services are great ie: teams and sharepoint, but at present these services are as useful to me as the apps you just took away. The subscription is $192 a year, and I think those apps were part of what I paid for, do you not agree?
Now you are advising people to go to Nimble, well I checked it out and it does seem great, but...aside from 14 free days I will charged another 228 plus tax annually or 25 per month (300 plus tax) for services I though I already bought for $192.
Can you make me feel better about having to put out more money for something I already paid three years in advance for?
