    Hi Radha,

    Did you also delete the outlprnt file?

    Type or paste the following into File Explorer's address bar then press Enter to open file explorer to the folder where the OutlPrnt file is stored. Delete it. Outlook will recreate it using the default settings.

    %appdata%\Microsoft\Outlook
