You people are not here to help.
I had a livechat with your colleague and informed him i could still access the account via my phone.
He informed me to fill out the form, telling me i would still be able to access my account via the phone.
This is not the case .... now i am 100% locked out of the account ... and cannot get access to my emails for 1 month.
Your company is going to put me out of work, and lose me many 1000s of pounds.
Ive had this account for over 20 years and this is the best you can do.
At least i know never to use hotmail or Microsoft ever again.
Utterly useless customer service, the worst i have ever know.
