Can Azure DevOps import Test Cases from Excel and automatically trace the requirement work items to the Test Cases?

Currently I am working on a project that is converting manual Test Cases from a failed UAT cycle (which had zero requirement traceability as test case steps were recorded in Excel.)

My job is to import the test cases from Excel to Azure DevOps. I am not only doing the 200 Test Cases one-by-one, but also the requirement traceability one-by-one.

My question is: Is there a way to define the traceability in an Excel workbook to tie the 'Requirement (Work Item)' in Azure and it's relationship (Related to) in Azure to the Imported Test case?

In other words: When Importing the Test Case, what fields could I add to Excel to trigger Azure to link Requirements to the Test Case (with the relationship defined as 'Related to')?
