    Hello Kimberly,

As your thread was posted on Office 365 for Business category, my understanding is your are using Office 365 account, please clarify if I misunderstand your text, thanks.

If so, according to the error message you provided above "sending disabled because maximum threshold has been reached", as far as I know it is more likely you have sent a large amount of emails/bulk emails in a day, and it reaches the Office 365 email server sending limitation. In this case, you may need to wait for 24 hours and then check if you could send emails again, thanks.  By the way, if you sent large amount of/bulk emails again, the problem would appear again, thanks.

Moreover, if the issue persists after the long period, for further checking I'd like to collect the Complete Non-Delivery Report message you got when you tried to send emails out.  For protecting your privacy, please provide it to me via Private Message (PM).

Your understanding will be highly appreciated.

    Regards,

    Oliver
