That didn't help me. I don't have anyone who I can send a verification code to their phone.
How To Receive A Verification Code Without A Phone
My account is locked and I can't use my phone number to receive a verification code anymore. I keep getting the same error message when I try to sign-in every day "Usage Limit Exceeded. Try Again Tomorrow." Why is this happening to me? How is anyone supposed to unlock their account if the only option is to send a verification code via text message and that individual's phone number can't be used. That's a poorly thought out decision on Microsoft's part. I want Microsoft to add more options of receiving verification codes.
